Incident Command System for Industrial Control Systems

The ICS4ICS program - Incident Command System for Industrial Control Systems - establishes a standing organization and playbook for responding to cyber attacks on automation in critical infrastructure. ICS4ICS was established by the International Society of Automation (ISA) as part of its ISA Global Cybersecurity Alliance (ISAGCA) initiative.

Megan Samford

Megan Samford is responsible for driving the security strategy across products within Schneider Electric’s Energy Management business. In taking her role at Schneider Electric, Megan became the first female CPSO for a major industrial without first being a CISO. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, she led product safety and security programs at GE and Rockwell Automation. Before joining the private sector, Megan served as Virginia’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Coordinator for Governors Tim Kaine and Bob McDonnell. She is the current Chair of the DHS Control Systems Working Group Incident Management Sub-Working Group, ISA Board Member, and founder of the ICS4ICS public-private partnership.
Brian Peterson

Brian Peterson is an information risk consultant who works for ISAGCA as the ICS4ICS Program Manager. He also works for other companies as a program and project manager and conducts research. Brian has been a program and project manager for over 30 years and has extensive cybersecurity experience in IT systems, applications, and SCADA/DCS systems, such as those used in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and other industry sectors. In the last 25 years, he has concentrated on establishing cybersecurity programs, incident response and management capabilities, and other processes related to Information Security, ICS Security, and other risk programs.

Andre Ristaino is the Managing Director, Global Consortia, Conformity Assessment at the International Society of Automation. His scope of responsibilities includes ISAGCA, ISASecure, and ICS4ICS. Andre has extensive experience working to develop and manage programs to promote the development and deployment of cybersecurity capabilities for numerous industries.

Liz Neiman is the Managing Director of Strategic Engagement at the International Society of Automation. She leads ISA’s marketing, communications, events, and outreach activities and brings more than 23 years of experience in marcom in the standards, conformity assessment, education technology, and architecture industries.
